Scope of overhaul work including:

■    Complete disassembly of rig or equipment.

■    Replacement of wearing, broken or out- of-tolerance parts.

■    Modification of deformed or broken steel structural member.

■    Third party inspection on equipment, inspection methods include NDT, hydrostatic test, hardness test, load test, explosion proof test, RCD test and earthing test, etc.

■    Rerouting, marking and changing(as required) of hydraulic hoses, pneumatic hoses and electrical cables.

■    Complete steam cleaning, sand blasting and painting.

■    Reassembly of rig equipment with new spare parts.

■    Rig-up and final test.

■    Licensed engineer’s stamp and certified report.
